Business Development Manager
At Mantra Ventures we’re growing quickly and we have lots of business coming in. We need someone who can help us handle this new business, help our potential customers feel comfortable, and help our existing customers grow even more.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer pre-sales inquires that come in via the phone, email, and live chat.
- Quote existing and potential customers on a variety of products and services, standard packages, including Web Hosting services, custom dedicated servers, consulting and technical services, and more.
- Walk customers through the signup process and then follow-up at a later time to ensure their needs are taken care of post-signup.
- Serve as an Account Manager to key customers.
- Generate Leads.
Key Requirements:
- Customer-focused and willing to go well out of your way to make customers happy.
- Excellent at communicating professionally and quickly over the phone, email, and live chat.
- Technical enough to be comfortable using our billing system and to talk about our variety of technical product and services.
- Able to understanding customer needs and desires and suggest products and services that help address them.
- Detail-orientated and good at following up.
- Self-motivated, highly competitive, and able to sell .
Extra Bonus:
- Experience working for a web host or with web hosting products and services.
- Basic technical knowledge of web hosting technologies (servers, control panels, etc.).
- Experience working in sales roles.
- Basic knowledge of online marketing including SEO, SEM, affiliate marketing, Google Analytics, etc.
- Experience in managing PPC Ad campaigns.
This position pays a base, plus a competitive commission package. Local candidates are preferred, but we are open to hiring qualified people regardless of where they live.
